2. Products & Authenticity

Every product is verified for authenticity before shipment. We stand behind the authenticity of every pair we sell. Product images are representative; actual items may vary slightly.

3. Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except where required by law or in the case of a verified authenticity issue. Please review sizes and details carefully before purchasing.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Inventory is live but not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed after verification. Free US shipping applies to orders over $300. International orders ship for a flat $45. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to bypass inventory controls, resell fraudulently, or disrupt service. We may refuse orders or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

SolesbyBry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the price paid for your order. Our maximum liability for any product is the purchase price you paid.
